We're here to bring smiles with our fun cards. By using our online store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Orders and Payments

To order, select a product, add it to your cart, and follow the payment instructions.

We accept cash on delivery and credit/debit cards.

Please ensure that your payment and delivery information is accurate and up-to-date.

2. Delivery

Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days within Bulgaria. The price depends on the chosen courier service (Econt or Speedy) and their tariffs:

Speedy to Parcel Locker (Promo): 1.55 €

Speedy to OFFICE: 2.50 €

Econt to Office: 3.50 €

Speedy to ADDRESS: 4.80 €

Econt to ADDRESS: 5.65 €

3. Returns and Exchanges

Custom or personalized cards cannot be returned unless damaged during delivery.

If the card arrives damaged, please send us a photo, description, and the order number for a replacement.

Standard cards can be returned within 7 days if they are in their original condition.

4. Your Account

If you create an account, keep your information (email, passwords) secure.

Do not transfer your account to third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All images, text, and designs on the site are ours or licensed.

Do not copy or use them without permission.

This option allows you to add custom text to a card or gift of your choice.

How does it work?

  1. Go to the product page of the item you wish to purchase.
  2. Check the box "Add a personalized message" (located just above the purchase button).
  3. Enter your text in the window.
  4. We will print it and send it along with your gift.

Full Cyrillic and Latin support

All your messages are printed in this elegant handwritten font, including specific Bulgarian letters and symbols.
