How can I order a card?
It's easy! Choose your favorite card, add it to your cart, and follow the payment instructions.
What are the payment methods?
We accept cash on delivery and credit/debit cards – so you can choose what's most convenient for you.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days within Bulgaria.
The price depends on the chosen courier service (Econt or Speedy) and their rates.
Can I return a card?
No problem! Contact us via the contact form or email, send us a photo and description with the order number, and we'll make sure everything is resolved as quickly as possible.
Custom-made cards or cards with personalized text cannot be returned because they are unique and made especially for you.
I have a problem with my order – what should I do?

How does it work?
- Go to the product page of the item you wish to purchase.
- Check the box "Add a personalized message" (located just above the purchase button).
- Enter your text in the window.
- We will print it and send it along with your gift.
